All orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busier times—like new launches or sales—processing may take a little longer, but we always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way. We currently ship via standard carriers (like USPS or UPS), and delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that once your package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
A FEW IMPORTANT NOTES: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package shows as delivered but you can’t locate it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.
