    Madi’s started as a childhood dream right here in Ashe County, and getting to grow that dream in the same place that raised me has been more special than I could ever put into words.

    This community has loved and supported Madi’s through so many seasons, and I’m constantly reminded how lucky we are to be surrounded by people who show up for one another. Getting to know the people who walk through our doors, seeing familiar faces come back, and getting to be even a small part of this town is one of the sweetest parts of what we do.

    Through every season, the heart behind Madi’s will always stay the same - to love people well, lead with kindness, lend a hand when we can, and look for little ways to do good right where we’re planted.

      HI, I’M MADI

      I was born and raised right here in Ashe County, and Madi’s has been a dream of mine for about as long as I can remember. Growing up, I spent a lot of time working alongside my mom and dad on our family Christmas tree farm. Somewhere between working in the trees and dreaming about what I wanted to be when I grew up, I always came back to the idea of having a little shop of my own.

      I’ve always loved clothes, but what I love even more is the way the right piece can make you feel like yourself. That’s still at the heart of how I choose everything for Madi’s today. I want this to be a place filled with things you’ll actually wear, love and reach for again and again.

      This little store has grown and changed more than I ever could have imagined, and I’m incredibly thankful for every person who has walked through our doors, placed an order, told a friend about us or simply followed along.

      If you’re ever in West Jefferson, come say hi. There’s a pretty good chance you’ll find me somewhere around the shop.
